By downloading or using EmberTend, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, that's okay — just don't use the app.

The App

EmberTend is a task companion app designed to help with task initiation, focus, and getting unstuck. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

Subscriptions

EmberTend offers a free tier and an optional premium subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and auto-renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Settings > Subscriptions.

The free tier includes core features — anchoring a task, getting unstuck, check-ins, and lock screen visibility — with 3 AI-powered breakdowns per day. Premium removes that limit.

AI Features

EmberTend uses AI to help break down tasks and reframe challenges. AI-generated suggestions are just that — suggestions. They may not always be accurate or applicable to your situation.

Your Data

Your task data is stored on your device. We don't sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

Limitations

EmberTend is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep things working smoothly, but we can't guarantee the app will be available at all times or free of errors.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
